All On 4 Dental Implants
All-on-4 replaces a full arch of teeth with just four implants carrying a fixed bridge. It delivers the stability of implants at a cost far closer to dentures, and most patients leave surgery the same day with teeth.
What is All-on-4?
When a full arch is failing there are several routes — individual implants, bridges or dentures — and each carries trade-offs in cost, comfort and lifespan. Individual implants give the best result but replacing an entire mouth that way adds up quickly. Dentures cost less but bring daily removal, cleaning and gum irritation.
All-on-4 sits between the two. A fixed prosthetic arch is supported by four (sometimes six) implants instead of eight or more, which shortens surgery, reduces healing time and brings the price within reach.
How does All-on-4 work?
As with a single implant, titanium or zirconia fixtures are placed into the jaw and left to integrate with bone. A small number of well-positioned implants can then carry up to a full row of teeth.
Placement is strategic: two implants go into the front of the jaw at a conventional angle, and two go into the back at roughly 45 degrees. That tilt lets us use the dense bone that is still there and, in most cases, avoid a bone graft altogether.
What the procedure is like
- Step 1 — Consultation. A 3D scan shows your bone structure and lets us confirm you are a candidate, then plan tooth length, shape and bite.
- Step 2 — Digital planning. We simulate your mouth and set the exact position of every implant, producing a surgical guide for the day.
- Step 3 — Surgery. Any remaining teeth are removed, the bone is shaped, the implants are placed and a fixed temporary arch goes straight on top. A soft diet protects healing.
- Step 4 — Final arch. Around three months later, once the implants have fused, the temporary is swapped for your permanent restoration. Recovery at this stage is quick and comfortable.

The headline benefit of All-on-4 is walking out of surgery with a complete smile. Once placement is finished, an immediate temporary arch is fitted the same appointment.
It is worth being clear about what same-day means: the implants still have to fuse with bone over the following months. The teeth are there from day one, but the final restoration is bonded once healing is genuinely complete.
