Crowns & Bridges

Rebuild damaged teeth and close gaps with restorations made in our own lab.

Crowns & Bridges at 3D Dental in Austin and Georgetown, Texas

A cracked tooth rarely stays a small problem.

Large fillings, cracks and root-treated teeth flex under load until a cusp finally breaks. A crown wraps the tooth and takes that force off the weak structure, which is usually the difference between keeping the tooth and losing it.

In-house laboratory

Design, milling and finishing happen under one roof, cutting weeks out of the process.

Digital margins

Scanned preparations give a more accurate fit than traditional impressions.

Strength and appearance restored together.

A well-made crown should be invisible in the mouth and unremarkable in use. Ours are digitally designed, milled on site and shade-matched to the teeth beside them.

  • Digital scanning, no impression putty
  • Made in our in-house laboratory
  • Shade matched to your natural teeth
  • Protects cracked and root-treated teeth
The process

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3.

At 3D Dental we keep treatment straightforward and comfortable from the first phone call to the final fitting.

1

Free VIP consultation

You meet your doctor, review your scans together and get straight answers about what is happening in your mouth. The visit costs nothing and there is no obligation to book treatment.

2

Your procedure

Treatment is mapped in advance with 3D imaging and digital planning, so the appointment itself is faster, more precise and far less likely to hold surprises.

3

Secure results

Implant treatment at 3D Dental is backed by a 7-year warranty, so the investment you make in your smile stays protected for years after you leave the chair.

Crowns & Bridges

A crown rebuilds a tooth that has broken down; a bridge spans a gap using the teeth on either side. Both are designed and finished in our in-house laboratory, which keeps the timeline short and the fit precise.

When a crown is the right answer

  • A tooth has cracked or lost a cusp
  • An old filling now outweighs the remaining tooth
  • A tooth has had root canal treatment and needs protecting
  • An implant needs its final restoration

How bridges work

A bridge replaces a missing tooth by joining a replacement to crowns on the neighbouring teeth. It is fixed, so nothing comes out at night, and it restores chewing across the gap.

Where the adjacent teeth are healthy and untouched, we will usually recommend an implant instead, since it leaves them alone entirely. We will always explain both options and the trade-offs.

People tell us the same thing: they finally understood what was happening in their own mouth.

So glad I found this place. Every time I'm in, the whole team is joking around and clearly enjoying their work. It makes going to the dentist so much easier when you end up laughing along with them.

My first consultation was with Dr. Ho and he was professional and genuinely great. He took the images, gave me advice within minutes and laid out every option with realistic timing. I was impressed.
Steven L.Implant consultation · Georgetown
Dr. Chen treated me for three implants and a filling over six months. She explained every procedure in detail and the work was beautifully done. The nurses and receptionists were friendly and helpful throughout.
Clement L.Three implants and a filling · Austin
Without a doubt the friendliest dental office I have been to. What I liked most is how much detail they go into — they don't try to sell you expensive work you don't need, they look at the problem and tailor a plan.
